		It starts at 6:30 and goes on to wee am hours and the band plays their one gig of the year December 9     Once again Jan Klassovity and Melinda Bucknam have coordinated the holiday gathering for Fairway residents and friends and again the gatheringhas been held at Pennell's Restaurant.     More than 100 party goers gathered at Pennell's Restaurant - and Jan and Melinda thank Bruce Cerrone, his mother, Betty, and the Pennell staff for their hospitality, the marvelous choice of entrees and the great cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres.     Music was furnished by Fairways One Night Stand headed by Allen Bucknam on the sax, Rod Klassovity (Allen and Rod go with Jan and Melinda) on the drums, Pete Charbonneau, keyboard, and Corinne Vahanian providing the vocals in the group's one gig a year performance.     Great get-together event and Jan and Melinda are seriously considering hosting the Ninth Gathering in 2001. See you then.	"There was a new band member that I forgot to tell your Dad about that joined this year - Howie Charboneau (Pete's Charboneau's brother).
